Ningbo Yuanyi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional Waterproof Pre-connected Fiber Distribution Box manufacturer in China. Our waterproof pre-connected fiber distribution box is the core element in a pre-connectorized ODN (Optical Distribution Network) , enabling plug-and-play FTTH deployment from the main cable to the end user's ONT, phone, TV, and PC — eliminating the need for field splicing, polishing, or adhesive.
The main cable connects to a HubBox (YY-H006 SC/APC) , which distributes signals via pre-connectorized drop cables. Using non-uniform PLC splitters (e.g., YY-H007, 1×9 or 1×8 with 70/30 split ratio):
(1)70% of the signal continues to the next FAT (Fiber Access Terminal).
(2)30% of the signal drops to the end user.
The system supports cascaded Sub FATs (maximum 3 units) and an End FAT. All connections are factory-terminated using SC/APC connectors — no on-site splicing required, significantly reducing installation time and labor cost.
